All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding U.S. federal holidays and weekends. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day. Processing time may be extended during peak shopping seasons.

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom and France. Express Shipping: $15.00 flat rate, 5-8 business days Standard Shipping (Orders $0.00 - $69.99): $8.00, 5-8 business days Eligible orders qualify for free standard shipping, 5-8 business days. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for real-time tracking. For international orders to the UK and France, the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs fees. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs inspections.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, delivery refusal or unclaimed pickup, all reshipping fees will be covered by the customer. Please contact our support within 48 hours after delivery if your package is lost or damaged.
