Refund policy

Effective Date: June 15, 2026
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after receiving the order. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept in original packaging with all tags intact. Custom items, clearance goods and personal hygiene products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Process:
  1. Contact our support via email with your order number and return reason to obtain return authorization.
  2. We will reply with detailed return instructions within 24 to 48 business hours.
  3. Do not send any items back without prior approval.
After we receive and inspect returned items, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is caused by our error such as defective products or wrong items delivered.
